14.1 plu77 may, at its sole discretion, suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified; or regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
14.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing, plu77 will process withdrawal of any verified Platform Balance to a payment method in Your name, subject to any ongoing investigations or regulatory holds.
